We like to make paying for things as easy as possible.
Once you're completed adding items to your cart click the blue Checkout tab where you will then be asked for 1. Shipping details, 2.Delivery method, 3. Payment option, 4. Review and place order.
You can also click the PayPal button at checkout and pay with your PayPal account.
We will never collect or store any of your credit card information.
Artworks in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days.
For pre-order artworks and custom orders please allow 6-10 weeks.
We normally ship with Australia Post and some larger and overseas orders may be shipped by courier.
You are required to select your country and state at checkout and your shipping cost will be calculated automatically.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. After that, you can check out exactly where your package is - please allow 12 hours for shipping information to be updated on the Australia Post or courier website.
All orders are shipped with tracking information, because I know how fun it is to keep track of things.
It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to make sure your address details are correct at checkout. We will ship to the address listed on your order unless you contact us prior to your order being sent. We take no responsibility if the address provided is incorrect or out of date or if you have moved. If you do not receive your order due to any of these reasons we cannot resend the goods or issue a refund until we receive the goods back. It is your responsibility to contact the service provider with the tracking number provided to you.
If you are shipping your purchase internationally, the package will only be traceable through the shipping service used. The package will only be traceable once it has passed through customs.
Once we have shipped your order, it is your responsibility to track your package. We have no additional tracking information, other than what we have given you.
All orders that ship to an Australian address will include GST. Orders outside of Australia do not include GST, however, import and tax fees may apply depending on where you live and what your final destination address is. Fees and taxes vary within each country. For more information, feel free to contact your local customs office.
RETURNS POLICY
If an item is damaged during shipping please contact us within 2 business days with photos of the damage. You will be required to send the item back to us in it's original packaging, once received your item will be replaced or a refund given.
